• Your territory is getting small. With truckMaster Live! trucks can be added to your fleet without needing to bring them home at all. The paperwork is cut out of the equation. All the data: (delivery slips, bills of lading, inventory, payments) is entered by the driver into the system rather than on paper. The Data is synchronized with your office in real-time.

• You now have to report to your customers the units which have been serviced by your driver. Your customer's fleet is rotating constantly and RFID is not an option.
• Our refuelling module lets the driver scan the vin # (or any other barcode or RFID tag) of each unit and stores the corresponding delivered volume. This will create a fully detailed invoice to your customer, much like a cardlock invoice, where detailed refuelling data for each serviced unit is presented.

• Ever reach your driver on CB on the first try? With our system, the dispatcher knows in real-time the deliveries assigned to each driver, can re-assigned them at will, and can send new calls to your drivers in real-time. On each delivery, your dispatcher is instantly updated with the information. The same is true for loadings and in-truck inventory. This will better enable your dispatcher to know which driver is performing well and more importantly know how to handle the "emergencies".
• truckMaster will also help you send manifest data straight into your trucks with loading instructions (before or after midnight), delivery instructions (with all approach information) and the ability to re-route a shipment as required.

• It's 10am, do you know which of your trucks are speeding? What about developing a maintenance program? With our system you will track driver hours (log book), pre-trip and post trip inspections, off highway mileage, complete telemetric data (rpm data, braking, abs, anti-rollover, P.T.O. hours, ...), and of course vehicle location.
• This will enable you to develop your driver`s driving profile and help you train them to be more fuel efficient, and easier on equipment. Moreover it will help you develop a predictive maintenance program of your fleet.
