When a customer gets started with Datanova, we begin with a huge questionnaire to go over all of the possible processes they have, and how they sell oil because every company does it a bit differently.

After that, we send out our trainers for on-site training. Oftentimes, because our interview process is so thorough, we can show more about a client’s business than they know themselves. Our training also covers how to sell oil according to your business process and culture. We then train your staff against your business processes.
